Neocrest Project 1

Neocrest acting as principle contractor undertook the complete refurbishment of class 2 & 3 laboratories
within a laboratory block.

The refurbishment included the replacement of all HVAC equipment and controls inclusive of testing and certification, GRP coatings to all walled surfaces and ceilings, replacement of floor coverings and lab furniture, install of new power and lighting services to all laboratories and the replacement of all hot and cold water services and gases.
